FRUCHTFLEISCH, in English pulp was my first study project. It is a documentary photo series with audio commentary, also called audio slideshow, that was produced and published in 2021. 

For Lukas Niederhauser, an apple tastes just like a flower. As a food sensory scientist, he deals with the taste of fruit and teaches about his fascination with flavors. With a lot of curiosity, collected memories and all his senses, he tries to describe different fruits as accurately as possible.
